5-Tier, 10-Compartment Layout
The cabinet is structured into 5 tiers and 10 precisely sized compartments. The height and width of each tier are carefully calculated to eliminate wasted space and ensure no overcrowding, allowing for one-to-one allocation by work station or employee ID for dedicated personal storage.
Individual Key Locks
Every door is equipped with an independent key lock, with one unique key per employee. This ensures complete privacy for personal items and tools, eliminating concerns about shared access. Administrators also have master keys for emergency situations, such as when an employee forgets their key.
304 Stainless Steel Hinges
Each door is mounted with two 304 stainless steel hinges, offering 3x better corrosion resistance than ordinary iron hinges. Their enhanced load-bearing capacity prevents door sagging or hinge deformation, even when storing heavy tools.
Scratch, Wear & Impact Resistance Panel
The HPL surface boasts tested scratch resistance of up to 2,000 cycles. Even with daily friction and impacts from tools or parts—such as employees placing wrenches or bumping the cabinet while transporting components—the surface remains free of visible scratches or dents, preserving its intact appearance over time.
Chemical Resistance Panel
The HPL panel features a dense, high-pressure laminated surface with no pores. When exposed to workshop fluids like machine oil, cutting coolant, or mild acids/bases, the liquid cannot penetrate the material. Stains can be wiped away effortlessly with a damp cloth and neutral cleaner, leaving no discoloration, bubbling, or corrosion—ideal for storing tools and PPE that come into contact with chemicals.
Waterproof, Moisture & Mold Resistance Panel
Industrial workshops often face damp floors and high humidity, but HPL is inherently non-absorbent. Even if employees store freshly laundered work clothes or damp gloves inside, the HPL locker will not absorb moisture, preventing mold growth. Unlike wooden cabinets, it won’t warp, and unlike metal lockers, it won’t rust or peel, remaining stable and like-new for years.
Class B1 Fire Retardant
