Our tool cabinet is made of high-quality HPL (compact laminate). It is not just a single material—it has different parts that each play an important role in factory workshops. These parts work together to make the cabinet durable, practical, and suitable for tool storage.

Phenolic Resin Impregnation

Before curing, the kraft paper is soaked in phenolic resin. This part is designed to adapt to the harsh factory environment:

It makes the cabinet waterproof and moisture-proof. Factory workshops are often humid, with water or oil splatters. This resin layer stops moisture from seeping into the cabinet, avoiding mold, swelling, or warping.

It also makes the cabinet oil-resistant and chemical-resistant. Oil stains and common industrial chemicals will not corrode the cabinet’s surface or damage its interior, helping keep your cabinet clean and durable.

High-Temperature & High-Pressure Curing

We cure the kraft paper and resin at high temperature(150℃) and high pressure(1430psi). This process creates a solid, zero-porosity structure, which is perfect for factories:

Dust, metal shavings, and oil stains are common in workshops. The zero-porosity surface stops dirt from getting stuck in gaps, making the cabinet easy to clean. You just wipe it with a damp cloth to remove oil and dust, reducing maintenance time.

This curing process also makes the cabinet more durable, fusing all layers into one solid piece, which prevents peeling or splitting with constant use.

Matte Protective Surface Layer

The outer layer of the HPL cabinet is a matte surface. This part is made for daily factory use:

It is scratch-resistant and wear-resistant. Tools are often taken in and out of the cabinet, so scratches are common. This surface layer keeps the cabinet looking clean and professional, with fewer unsightly marks.
