Project Background
Lockers at water parks not only impact visitors' experience but also the smooth operation of the park itself. A French water park with over 800,000 annual visitors was long plagued by problems with traditional lockers: they rusted when wet, were poorly constructed, and even caused two fires due to poor flame retardancy. They also lacked load-bearing capacity, breaking easily under heavy items. Replacing them meant temporarily closing parts of the locker area, leading to long visitor queues and a terrible experience.
