Challenge: Outdated wooden and particleboard lockers in the staff changing rooms were failing under daily heavy use, high humidity, and frequent cleaning, creating safety and maintenance headaches. The club also needed a solution that was quick to install and adaptable to their space constraints.

High Humidity & Moisture
Staff lockers are long-term exposed to sports sweat, rainwater, and shower steam. Traditional materials (particleboard, MDF, solid wood) easily absorb water, leading to swelling.These lockers adopt high-performance HPL panels, made from high-strength kraft paper impregnated with phenolic resin under 150℃ and 1430psi. The cured resin forms a continuous, dense, non-porous structure that blocks water, moisture and vapor penetration. This grants the lockers 100% waterproof, moisture-proof and mold-resistant performance, preventing deformation, bulging or delamination in long-term humid locker room use, while maintaining a dry, clean interior.
Heavy Wear, Impact & Scratch
HPL panels deliver exceptional scratch, wear and impact resistance thanks to their professional material construction: the surface layer uses special wear-resistant decorative paper fully soaked in high-hardness melamine resin, which is co-cured with the core layer at high temperature to form a super hard wear-resistant layer. This layer gives the panels a Mohs hardness rating of 6–7, so daily scratches from golf shoes, collisions from metal tools, and friction from golf bags will not leave obvious marks or dents.
