Shenzhen Ruichang Building, in the core of Huanggang Business District, Futian, is a comprehensive residential and office building with 228 enterprises (mainly wholesale and business services). Built in 1995 with 40% greening, it focused on practicality, durability, beauty and adaptability during renovation. For its high-frequency public toilets, it chose Fumeihua HPL boards (8437 cement color) to upgrade partitions, solving old problems and matching the building’s simple style.
